For the last year or so that Becky has been mobile, I’ve constantly been yelling “Hey girls, what’s Becky doing?” when she isn’t underneath my feet. Usually the girls would answer “Eating my crayons!” or “Licking the dog’s ears!” and I wouldn’t hear anything from Becks, but lately she will yell “Here am!” or “Naked baby!” (or, god save me “Gettin’ water!”) and it always catches me off guard. She’s a kid!
How?!
When?!
Can we press pause (now that she is finally sleeping well, weaned, and using the potty 1/2 of the time)?
This age is challenging, no doubt about it, but it seems like every day I see a little more of who Becky is, and enjoy her even more.

She is adorable. I love the “cheese face” in the 4th picture. Are you feeling better?
Awwww. This made me feel excited for the future. I look at my 7 month old and know that it’ll be a short leap to her being a little girl and no longer a baby, just like it’s been for my first daughter who turned 3 yesterday. An incredible journey. Your children look gorgeous.
